New Hope Christian Community

     Still in the developmental stages, this is a ministry providing homes for handicapped and special needs adults.  The stated goals of NHCC are as follows;

1. Provide a residential home-like facility for adult developmentally disabled people that is a.) safe, b.) loving environment, c.) comfortable, and d.) designed for the handicapped.

2. Encourage social interaction and leisure time activities.

3. Provide access to and encourage day time employment at a sheltered workshop or other suitable place for people with special needs.

4. Provide and encourage appropriate exercise program.

5. Provide and encourage spiritual and social development.
